Don’t hesitate – Wonderful products!!
The change in the texture of my hair has been unbelievable! It has gone from dry and frizzy back to soft and shiny in 4 weeks of using the shampoo, conditioner, and conditioning with the crystals once a week. Even though our house has a soft water system, I installed a filter on my shower head. I’m sure that is a contributing factor to the change in my hair, but I credit the Malibu C hard water products as well.products as well.

i moved somewhere and tragically did not realize it was the hard water that was ruining my hair until it had totally crunchatized it. fortunately i have this now. what a tremendous difference. it’s like night and day in basically every facet of hair texture, health, and appearance you can think of.my only complaint is that the shampoo is too drying on my scalp which is already dry anyway and i wish it had either no fragrance or at least a more neutral soapy one. the fragrance is orangey citrus and a bit like pez candy, but quite mild compared to most shampoos so i guess i can’t complain.i notice i get the most out of this shampoo and conditioner when i use both all the way from my scalp to my ends (myhair is down to my butt) even though we’re taught not to do that. i personally need those chelating ingredients all the way up and down. the longer i leave the conditioner on the softer and less tangly my hair is as well. i haven’t tried the packets yet.i’m sad i didn’t realize what was killing my hair until it was too late but i know it will grow back healthier now that i have this. 🙂 yay

This works great! My hair was so dried and frizzy from hard well water. I use this once a week and my hair is shiny and soft. It worked right away. People have even asked me how I keep my hair so shiny! The packet is small for the paste. I have long hair and I make it work. 5 stars from me!

Excellent hair product to remove hard water residue that collects and discolors hair.
My hair is greying but has a brassy discoloration. My well water leaves a yellow coloration on everything. I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for 3 weeks and the brassy color is fading and my hair is shiny and the grey hair is soft and looks so much better. I haven’t used the foil packets yet but the shampoo and conditioner are working great. I highly recommend them

The bottle of shampoo was open and leaking all over the other products, looks like it leaked half a bottle of shampoo, the cover was not on tight.

I LOVE these products!!!
A hair game changer for those who have hard water!!! My hair was brittle and dry and dull. The water even leaves spots on our dishes so you can imagine what it does to your hair! I used one of the little packets first (only half of it because my hair is on the shorter side) and followed the instructions. I followed with the shampoo and conditioner and WOW!!! My hair was so soft and shiny and lustrous it was amazing! This product is a little on the expensive side but for what we ladies pay in the salon it is an amazing product that is actually worth the price!

I never thought I would write a review for shampoo/conditioner, but this one deserves it. I moved from a country with water I thought was hard to a country with water so hard we cannot drink it. My hair felt increasingly dry and awful. I tried moisturizing shampoos, hair oils, etc. Nothing made much of a difference. Then I stumbled on this one, and I kid you not, from the first wash my hair has felt softer and fluffier (I have not been able to get my hair cut in 7 months, so it might be TOO fluffy) I have naturally grey hair, which is usually fairly dry at the best of times and this had made it feel great. I plan to keep using this when I finally move somewhere with soft water and look forward to seeing what healthiness happens to my hair then. Cannot recommend this shampoo/conditioner enough

I received the product within a couple of days from ordering, packaging was great and there were no leaks.I live in the Montreal South Shore area and we have very hard water. I work out a lot and therefore need to wash my hair more often.I have long dark brown hair and noticed over the years that my hair was becoming lighter in colour and it was becoming very dry, this could also be age-related, but after testing our water and learning that it is very hard water, I realized this was the main culprit of the hard effects on my hair.I have used this product only once so far (I am writing the day after), and wow, what a difference in just this one time.Shampoo and conditioner smell fresh. The shampoo lathered nicely (I usually have to use a lot of shampoo to build up a lather). The minerals were very interesting to use but spread well throughout the hair, the smell was odd, but I knew that was from the minerals, as soon as I rinsed the minerals…I could feel instantly the difference in my hair texture, and it felt clean!!! I conditioned after (I only condition the bottom of my hair so that the top doesn`t get weighed down) and it was great, felt very smooth.The day after using this my hair feels soft and no longer as dry and styling my hair seemed much easier and quicker, my hair responded well!

I used these products on my long hair (nearly to my waist) to remove build up of hair products, hair colour, and hard water deposits.For about 8 years, I’ve used the curly girl method. That means no harsh shampoos, and lots of leaving conditioner on my hair. I decided it was time to clarify my hair, to remove all the build up of product.I’ve been living in an ultra hard water area for years, so my hair can feel rough and look dull. I wanted to get rid of the mineral deposits, to have soft hair again.Lastly, I’ve been using permanent colour for years. I wanted to see how much of that colour I could remove safely, as a prelude to letting my natural colour grow out.I used this set of products twice, following the directions carefully. The results are good! I was pleased that the shampoo and conditioner cleared out a lot of the stickiness and heaviness from years of product. They broke through the mineral deposits, leaving my hair softer. They took out a lot of the colour, so my regrowth line is not as harsh and skunk-like.Definitely would purchase again.
