SimplyVital Collagen, Retinol & Hyaluronic Acid Cream – First ImpressionI recently tried the SimplyVital Collagen, Retinol & Hyaluronic Acid Cream for the first time, and I must say, it’s a great addition to my skincare routine. The appearance is white and the texture is lightweight. It’s not thick and it’s non-greasy, absorbing quickly into the skin without leaving any residue. My skin felt noticeably softer and more hydrated after just a few uses. I also appreciate that it has no scent, making it perfect for those sensitive to fragrances. Given the quality of the ingredients and the results, I’d say it’s definitely worth the money. It was easy to use with the press down pump top. Directions are in the back. Love the container, otherwise just regular moisturizer
It’s good at moisturizing and doesnt bother my pale and problematic skin at all. Nice light feel. I just didnt see any improvement either. I would recommend for people who struggle to find face cream due to sensitive skin, people who simply want a moisturizer that could possibly help prevent premature aging or irritations, or for those who have healthy skin and want an affortable maintenance cream.I have rosacea or adult acne (my 2 dermatologists disagree) and fine lines and saw no improvement with either after 2 containers, which is what i was looking for.

Great moisturizer!
This is my second purchase and I really like this product. It moisturizes my face and neck well. I love the texture, not too thick or thin. Doesn’t have a strong smell like some products. I have sensitive skin and it doesn’t make my face break out or itch. That is always an issue when I try new face products. I also have had problems with other creams “rolling off” when I apply my makeup or another product over them. This one doesn’t do that. Works well for moisturizer and feels light on my face. I don’t think it’s reducing my wrinkles any but they n may be less noticeable right after using it. It does last, depending on how you moisturize. The container top will twist off if you need to check the pump. Sometimes I just shake it up and the pump works. Love the pump feature and that I can get into the container to get all the product out.

PLEASE READ IF YOU HAVE NEVER USED A RETINOL PRODUCT BEFORE!
BACKGROUND: I do not have sensitive skin, never used a retinol product before. Started the product twice a day and by day 3 I got a NASTY burn as shown in the images below with swelling in both of my eyes that got CONSIDERABLY worse. I stopped using the product and everything got better. The seller, upon seeing by negative review (despite saying I’d try it again later once my symptoms went down), in good faith offered to give me a refund. I did not accept the refund because it didn’t feel right to try to use the product again AND take their money. I decided before I did that, I would give it one more try.RESEARCH: So, during the heck-ish evening where I constantly put aloe on my face due to the terrible burning sensation, I realized–from watching some dermatology videos–that YOU CANNOT GO 0-100 WITH RETINOL CREMES! I have seen some social media influencer videos sprinkled in there, where the horrendous burning is described as “normal” and “natural”… it is not. You shouldn’t be feeling like that: peeling off whole layers of skin and lighting your face up like a Christmas tree. You have to start slow.THE PRODUCT: The bottle says morning and night in the instructions, I believe it says that for someone who is already using retinol cremes. If you are NOT already using it, do not follow these instructions. It is probably best to consult a dermatologist.AFTERMATH: I, personally, decided to use it once every other day at the start and build my tolerance, and that has been the magic ticket. I have been able to use the product and get some benefits without any negative side effects. My skin looks good. I feel good.MY OPINIONS ON THE PRODUCT TODAY: This is a great price for this product, even when it’s not on sale. Retinol creme is incredibly expensive by other brands, and to have all these good things in one is great. It is true what you see in other reviews that the volume is small, but it is VERY clear in the description of the product that this is 1.7 fl oz. That is not a lot of product. That being said, you literally ONLY need one pump to do your face and neck, and using more than one pump, as it says on the bottle, could absolutely cause the disco inferno on your face. The product smells good and feels good. I occasionally have burning if I use products that have hyaluronic acid in it as well (for example, Grace & Stella Eye patches), but that is operator error.CLOSING: I appreciate the good faith of the seller, but now can appreciate the product, too, now that I have understood the error of my ways.

Great moisturizer and reusable container
Great moisturizer. It leaves my face feeling smooth and silky. Some of my freckles are lightening up. I love the packaging of this container. You push down on the top of it and the lotion comes out the top, just enough for your face/neck depending on how much you use. No waste. No leaking. No mess.I filled the container up with hand lotion once it was empty and now I can just push down on the lid, take what comes out, and again no leak and no waste. The lotion works great, the container works great and it’s reusable. Highly recommend.Love when they go on sale, twofer price is great.

Great Product, But Arrived with Damaged Packaging
The cream itself is great—feels moisturizing, smooth, and has a nice texture. It seems to work well, but I wouldn’t say it’s something I’d use every day, just because it feels a bit rich for daily use. I think it’s better for occasional use when my skin needs a little extra boost.However, the packaging was a problem. It arrived cracked, which was disappointing. I’m not sure if it was due to the shipping box or something on the delivery end, but it was definitely not in the condition I expected. Despite that, the product itself is effective, so I can overlook it somewhat, but it’s worth mentioning.
