Amazing, a life saver!
My knee pain has gone off the charts lately. My knees started going bad when I was 12 (once the school found out they took me out of the catchers position and made me 3rd base and yes, I’m still bitter lol). I’m 50-something now, I forget, anyway they haven’t improved with age. The last few weeks my left knee has been so bad it wakes me up at night and it’s actually hard not to cry at work. I figured I’d try these and while I do still have some pain when wearing them, it’s more like a small noticeable thing rather than a crippling “OMG I can’t stand this” kind of pain. I can function again!!!!! I can sleep and I can walk and I can go up the stairs to my house without wanting to sob. Again, it doesn’t take away all the pain, but it makes it totally deal-able (is that a word?). There’s a smell to them, be aware of that. It’s like a strong herby something. It’s not unpleasant at all, it’s just not my favorite. But honestly, if I smelled like the underbelly of a yak I wouldn’t care because of how much pain it relieves. Also, just an FYI, they are sealed in packages of two. Make sure you put the second one in like a baggie or something so it doesn’t dry out while you’re wearing the first one. You want to keep it fresh for all the benefits. It still helps after sitting open for 8-12 hours but not as much so keep it sealed! They are easy to apply and they can hurt to take off. But, if you pull your skin taught the removal is easy-peasy and way less pain. Overall I will buy these again and again, I’m so happy with this purchase!

Pain Relief in Under an Hour!
I injured my knee making a sideways movement while dancing. I couldn’t go down a flight of stairs or bend and get into a crouching position to view lower cabinets. I took it easy for a week also taking ibuprofen for inflammation, without any significant improvement. That’s when I started looking for something to help the healing process. I came across these patches, looked at the positive reviews, and decided to give them a try. I purchased the 12 pack.Some people complained about the patches not sticking well. My advice is follow the directions to clean and thoroughly dry the area. I used alcohol on a cotton pad, let dry, and applied the patch about an hour before bedtime. Believe me when I tell you, the pain relief and range of motion improved in less than an hour.! They also stayed in place overnight. My knee felt so much better, I applied another patch in the morning. After 2 days of AM/PM applications, I was almost back to normal.I highly recommend this product.

Bought this for my husband, he was surprised how well it worked. He actually asked me to order more! I only purchased the 12 patches to try them out first. Hope you also have the same results. He used them on his knees and worked 10 hours with less pain.

Not quite enough!
Thought I would try this product to help with some pain in the wife’s knee. The patches may have the ingredients to help reduce the pain, but the adhesive is a weak point. It was difficult to keep the patch in place. The pricing is reasonable, just wish it had better sticking power. PS The delivery was great!

Review after 6 hours
I ordered these out of desperation because nothing I’d tried for my knee pain had worked at all. I got them last night and put them on this morning. Now, after wearing them for 6 hours, I’m surprised to say I’m noticing a big difference. There is still pain in my left knee (the worst one) but it’s not nearly as bad as it normally is. My right knee, the better of the two, barely hurts at all.This review may be premature but if these keep working like this they’ll be worth every penny and I’ll gladly buy more. Pretty amazing.

Use with caution
This may be a good product, but it’s a firm NO for me. I tried one patch and the adhesive worked so well that the patch was difficult to remove. My skin looks and feels burned and it HURT during removal. If you’re at all sensitive to the adhesive on bandages, I’d suggest a different healing method.

I like them
I must say these are good alternative for my level of pain and soreness. I have bone on bone in my right knee and right now use a compression strap to move around til my brace arrives. I placed one of these against my knee and then wrapped the knee. I felt pretty good walking around at work for a while. they do have an herbal smell. not as strong as icy hot or ben gay but I notice it. Kinda pricy for 12 pads but I will use them for days when I have walking to do.
