Great size, easy to use, simple roller. Works great on my heel/arch pain. I like how the nubs are flat, rather than spiky. The nubs are also a little hard, so personally I think it feels best when wearing socks. Rubber is solid and feels like it will last forever.

Great foot massager for aching feet!I’ve had Plantar Fasciitis for years, it’s mostly in remission thanks to orthotic footwear but occasionally I get foot cramps & this roller provides instant relief, just put it on the floor & roll your foot (bare or in socks it doesn’t matter) back & forth a few times. Roller is sturdy & compact, excellent quality.

Love this little thing. I roll my foot over it and it releases pressure points and feels great. I wear socks while using it. I’ll tilt/pivot my foot so that I can get my inner and outer parts of the foot. You can put as much pressure as you’re comfortable with and it’s easy to use.

Pensaba que sería más grande, pero es pequeño y no muy pesado. Al principio molesta un poquito en la planta, pero luego te acostumbras y relaja mucho el pie. Si te molesta, puedes usarlo con un calcetín, el efecto es el mismo.
