I absolutely love these magnesium flakes, magnesium is very crucial for different reasons and the human body and for the nervous system to function properly along with other benefits, but the nervous system is what I concentrate on the most. The nervous system once it is damaged it cannot be reversed, but you can maintain it. That is why I use this product. I find that it dissolves rather well in the water and it is so relaxing and refreshing after you get out. This is a very large quantity for the price, great value. This is good for sore joints, aches, anxiety, stress and/or pains…The list goes on, you can make magnesium spray, magnesium cream, magnesium butter, etc. This is magnesium chloride which is great for fast absorption, faster than magnesium sulfate or Epsom salt. If your having trouble sleeping at night, take a bath with magnesium flakes or make a spray with this product and spray the bottoms of your feet.
