They Work! Don’t even buy anything else!!
My mom gave me one of these from her box for my knee pain and I broke my ankles running to buy more.I ran varsity cross country in high school and did MMA for years which tore my knees apart. These things Save my knees! They work as soon as you put them on and work for about 4 hours. They give a heat level that gives relief without over burning, but still and undertone of cooling, and there isn’t an over powering odor. They stay on through house work or a work shift so you get bang for your buck because they keep working for a few more hours After you peel off the sticker, and they’re durable.They are incredibly sticky and can be a little ouchie to peel off so watch out. But it’s a tiny price to pay for the relief of pain these things give!!!I will be a life long buyer.

Really good pain relief that lasts while you’re wearing it
These things work really good. I use one in the morning and it works for the whole day. And when I go to bed at night if they’re irritated on my knees, I put him on and sleep with two of them one on each knee, they really do relieve the pain better than rubbing creams on it

It’s a helpful relief aid
I purchased this item in October of 2024. It arrived quickly. I got to work on using these patches immediately.It is easy to apply. The instructions are written in the package.The menthol scent is pleasant.I found that the patches will not adhere correctly if the knee is not cleaned first. So, take the time to clean the area before using. The nice thing is it’s easy to remove. Not too much pulling of the skin.It provides relief for a good minute. I use it as soon as I need immediate relief, which is every day.I do not leave it on for more than 4 hours though. As soon as I feel relief and relaxed, I take it off.These are one of those items that became my go to necessities that I have in my purse. In those moments of need, I pack it along with my disinfectant wipes. This past holiday shopping marathon and long lines, it came in handy and was a real life saver.

It’s works well when it stay on. Works better if you cover it once you put it on.

Poor adhesive
Disappointed in the adhesive which didn’t stay put. Only wore the patch for 2 hours as it was not staying put. May be good if you sit still, but not for a really active person.

Knew Pain Relief Patches that work!!
I love these patches!! I feel like not only do they help with the everyday pain on my knees but they create a firm grip, so my knees don’t feel discomfort when walking up and down the stairs. I totally recommend these. Every now and then, you may feel a little warm but it’s normal. I feel like this is better than voltare.
