This product is awesome. The Buddha is soft and squishy. The size is small, but provides ample light. There are several great settings for different light patterns to aid breathing techniques. Great design and value for the money. I use mine every night!! Battery lasts for week on one charge.

A fantastic tool to help with mindfulness
This product is fantastic. I work with special needs kids with emotional dysregulation and mindfulness and we use breathing to calm down when we get activated. Videos exist but the kids tend to get off track with the video and I thought the sloth would be a visual cue but not one that would distract. They LOVE the sloth. They watch his color change and know to inhale/exhale. It is soft, pleasantly lit (color) and works fantastic with multiple settings. This is a game changer for my class. Thank you. I might need to get one for me for my home practice. 🙂

Helps with meditation
Usually when I try to meditate I get distracted or bored. This sweet little Breathing Buddha helps keep me engaged because I can concentrate on the different colors and sync my breathing to them. I really love using it! It’s easy to choose and change breathing cycles. I like that there are two options. It helps me fall asleep when I use it at bedtime. I’m so glad I saw it on Amazon and purchased it!

Great little gadget
I’m a trauma therapist and I use this in my work and personally. It helps remind me to breathe. It is very peaceful and relaxing to watch. I keep it on my desk while I’m working and when I look at it I breathe which is so helpful to remind me! Great gadget!

The amazing product that helps my recovery & life
I love the this sloth it has helped me so much. I severely injured my index finger & middle finger on my right hand back in October 2024 & I have been experiencing a lot of pain & trouble with those two fingers. I have physical therapy & I have exercises & things I have to do at home but the pain has been really bad. I was looking for things to help with my therapy at home when I saw this sloth & I thought maybe it could help so I decided to get it & when it arrived I tried it out especially when doing my exercises for my fingers & I was so amazed how when I am watching the sloth & doing mindful breathing it helps me through not only my exercises for my fingers but also the pain in my I have in my fingers when it’s really bad by keeping me focused on the changing colors for mindful breathing & not on the pain in my fingers. Buddha’s Always Got Your Back
I had recently ordered another product made by this company. It’s a cloud with rainfall effects. Talk about calming! I loved it so much that I had to check out this company’s full product line. That led me to my new Buddha buddy. He’s as adorable as he effective at helping me to re-center myself, breathe deeply and stress less. He’s really easy to use as well. You just follow the beautiful colors, and you’re good. You decide how long you want to practice. Not only does he fit on my desk, but he makes it look good! Also, he’s some sort of silicon or rubber, so that means he’ll be easy to clean. I could not love this guy more. I might be biased though because I collect Buddhas (of the fat variety) and I even have a tramp stamp tattoo of a Buddha sitting on an open Lotus Flower while making a peace sign. There’s just something about a jolly, spiritual guy that makes me happy. Don’t you want a Breathing Buddha in your life too?!

Fantastic Anxiety relief
This is a quality product with a great design. The battery life has held on for a few weeks before needing to be charged again. My kids love the soft texture and how easy they can carry it around. It is portable and can be used anywhere. We have recommended this to many friends.

Me arrepentí de comprarlo. Pensé que tenía más opciones o programas pero solo cambia de color en cada sección de respiración (que es algo que fácilmente puede hacerlo uno solo, contando mentalmente los segundos). Para lo que es, no vale la pena el gasto. Solo puedo darle la opción de “decoración” y eso ni tanto, porque es solo una pieza de silicón. Inviertan su dinero en otra cosa.

In the quick start guide it mentions to use the arrow buttons to adjust day/hour/minutes to set the timer to your desired length – I’ve looked everywhere on this thing and I am unable to find these arrow buttons. It also states at the top of this page that it ‘reminds us to pause daily’. How does it remind us, is this false advertising or have I lost the plot? I think this one will be sent back, to be honest.

It is what it is described to be ! I’m very happy with my purchase 🙂. The only downside is the hole they design for the Buddha to be charged is a little bit difficult I find 😂. But still manageable.
